Description of the situation:
Lovina is the last born in the family of four children (siblings Vincent born 2010, Richard born 2007 and Stanley born 2004), the mother buys and sells fish while the father does fishing. The income they get is very little to provide for the basic needs in life to the children (5,200 KES per month). Apart from Lovina and the siblings, the parents also takes care of one child who comes from a poor family. The family lives in a mud house of their own that has two rooms. They cook on fire and take water from the lake. They use solar energy for lighting. Lovina is doing well health wise at present. In 2023 she started 4th class of primary school in Community Center Island of Hope. She needs support of 2400 CZK/100 Eur per term.
