Description of the situation: Monica is the first born in the family of three children. She has two younger brothers Brandley Whitney (2014), Aorun Ramsey (2016). The father does fishing while the mother is a house wife. Apart from Monica and the siblings, the family also lives with one child who is a total orphan and the father also provide food for his mother who is a widow. The family have only around 2200 KES/month. The family is doing well health wise at present. They live in a three room’s mud house that belongs to them. They use Firewood for cooking, Kerosene lamp for lighting and they get water from a lake. Monica’s hobbies are dancing and reading novels. In school she likes doing History, English and Kiswahili. Monica would like to be a nurse after the end of her education. Monica is doing well health wise at present. In 2023 she is attending Kenya Coast National Polytechnic schooll. She needs support of 5600 CZK/220 EUR per term.
