Description of the situation: Reagan comes from the polygamous family - his own mother died, and so for him and his cousin Shema (52101) should care their stepmother, but she did not want the boys at home. At home both boys were doing cattle grazing - one of them lost a cow and their dad punished them by tying and locked them in a shed and left them in that place without food and water. Both children were found after 5 days by police because the boys had been seeking by their teacher. As they have no one to take care of them, boys were taken to the orphanage Island of Hope. In 2018 he starts to study here the secondary school. Therefore he needs a higher amount that include the cost of accommodation, food and governess in an orphanage. Adoption of this child is increased by the amount of 16,800 CZK/660 EUR per year, in addition to covering the cost of the study in this amount is included the cost of accommodation, food and governess in an orphanage as well. Currently the boy studies at Migori Teachers College.
