Description of the situation: The father has two wives who are both housewives and live in the same compound. It is a huge family. Mother of John is Mary Koki the first wife. She has 7 kids, John is being the last born. His siblings are John (1995), Stephen (1997), Joseph (1999), Esther (2001), Teresia (2005), Daniel (2009). The second wife has 9 children. The father is a farmer. Family income is only around 2.000 KES (17 EUR) per month. Family live in a one room mud house which belongs to them. They use firewood for cooking, kerosene lamp for lighting and they get water from the river. John is healthy and he is doing well at the present. Due to the little income that the father is earning, it is hard to meet basic family needs and they struggle with paying school fees and uniforms for all kids. He is in 1st year of Nursery School in 2019. Three oldest boys are not studying anymore. That is why we decided to put him into our programme that she could get the opportunity to go regularly to the school. John needs support of 2.400 CZK/100 EUR per term.
