Description of the situation: Lenox is the last born in the family of four children (siblings Shalton born 2006, Brandley born 2008 and Shamira born 2010). The father who is the only breadwinner is a security gard while the mother is a house wife. The income the family gets is very little to feed and also provide other basic needs in life to the family (3,200 Kes per month, it’s about 32 Eur). The family lives in the mud house in two rooms. The house belongs to them. They take water from the lake and cook on fire (using charcoal). They use koresene lamp for lighting. The boy is doing well healthwise at the moment except of occasional malaria. He likes listening to music and playing football. He will start attending the nursery school in our school Island of Hope Humanist School since January 2019. The adoption is for 2,400 Czk/100 Eur per term.
