Description of the situation:
Christine is firstborn, her mother is still a student in four grade of secondary school at present, her father is unknown. Therefore, they entirely depend on the grandmother who does fishing and also has her own children and lives with other children who are orphans. The family income is very little and cannot support the family, net income is about 3000 ksh/ a month (30 euro). The family lives in a rental semi-permanent one roomed house, there is in total eight dependents. They get water from the lake, use solar and kerosene lamp for lighting and firewood for cooking. Christine is doing well healthwise, she is 3 years old and she really likes swimming and singing. She also likes arts. In 2021 she is attending kindergarten. Her adoption costs 7.200 CZK/ 300 EUR per year.
