Description of the situation:
Gyane was born in 2018 as the second born in a family of two, he has a sister Ashley (born in 2009). They live with both parents. The father is a moto taxi driver while the mother is a housewife. Their family income is about 3.000 Ksh (30 EUR) a month. They live in a mud rental one room house where they pay 400 Ksh per month, they use kerosene for lighting, get water from the lake and also use firewood for cooking. Gyane is healthy except for being asthmatic. He really likes playing with toys and playing football. In 2021 he should start to attend kindergarten. Due to the little income that the family earns, it is hard to meet basic needs and paying school fees has become a big problem. That is why we decided to put him into our program so that he could go to kindergarten. Gyane needs support of 2.400 CZK/ 100 EUR per school term.
