Description of the situation: Joy Ayuma Opingois in Cool Shade Education Centre in class four. She is born on 12/12/2004 in Nairobi,Kayole Estate. She lives with both parents Peter Opiyo Mukunga born 1970 he sells water, her mother Grace Akello born in1975 is anemployed teacher, with her siblings Gidion Opiyo 15yrs form1,Tumaini Angatia 13yrs std 8,Noah Mukunga 7yrs std 2.Her father is the source income of the family of 7dependants living in a permanent rental house. They use charcoal for cooking, Electricity for light and buy water from bore hole. They all survive on an average income of 10,000 KSH/100 Eur monthly. Joy has a problem with her eyes she likes school and also reading story books. She also helps her mother at home. Joy is in class 1 at high school in 2019. The adoption is for 4,800 CZK/200 Eur or 5,600 CZK/220 Eur per term but the basic support 2,400 CZK/100 Eur per term is also possible (after the verification).

The project of remote support „Adoptions of African children“ mediates an access to education for poor Kenyan children without pulling them out of their natural environment and community. This project has been running since 2002 and has helped more than 3500 children. School fees at primary school are CZK 7200 (€300) / year, and at secondary school, college and orphanage are CZK 16800 (€660). The payment can also be broken down into multiple instalments.
