Description of the situation: Ezekiel is the last born in the house of two children, the eldest is a girl - Jackline Atieno. When the mother died the father remarried another wife with one child. This new wife of the father does not like Ezekiel and the sister, she is very harsh and cruel to them and sometimes they go without food when their father has gone to look for some casual work. Their average monthly income is only Kshs. 4000. Five people live in a rental two-rooms mud house. They use firewood for cooking, small solar panel for lighting and they are getting water from a river. Ezekiel is doing well health wise. Because of the living conditions at home he will join an orphanage at Island of Hope, so she needs 1.400 CZK per month (16.800 CZK per year) or 55 Eur per month (660 Eur per year).
