Description of the situation: Alice is the first born in the family of three children. She has two younger brothers Alen and Bernard (both 2016). Mother is housewife and father is small scale farmer. The family has only around 2.500 KES/ 25 EUR per month. They live in a two - room mud house which belongs to the family. They cook on fire wood, use kerosene lamp for lighting and they get water from the stream. The health conditions of Alice are generally good. In 2018 she is already in class 3 at primary school. It is a problem for the family to pay for all school fees and materials so Alice goes to school on and off. That is why we decided to put her into our program that she could start attend the school regularly. She needs support of 2.400 CZK/100 EUR per term.

The project of remote support „Adoptions of African children“ mediates an access to education for poor Kenyan children without pulling them out of their natural environment and community. This project has been running since 2002 and has helped more than 3500 children. School fees at primary school are CZK 7200 (€300) / year, and at secondary school, college and orphanage are CZK 16800 (€660). The payment can also be broken down into multiple instalments.
