Description of the situation: Jewel has younger sister Eucline (2018). The mother is housewife. The family depends on father’s income of casual laborer which is not permanent. Family has only around 1,000 KES/10 EUR per month. They live in four room semi – permanent house (from iron sheet and timber) which belongs to the family. They use firewood for cooking, paraffin lamp for lighting and they get water from the river. Jewel is healthy girl. She is talkative and very playful. In future she would like to be a nurse and also a dancer. In 2019 she is already in last year of Nursery School. Due to the little income that is family earning, it is hard to meet basic family needs and paying school fees has become a big problem. That is why we decided to put her into our program that she does not have to leave the school. Jewel needs support of 2.400 CZK/100 EUR per term.
