Children can move around by themself. There are usually no conflicts between them and if so. They are able to solve them without violence. We are convinced that co-working is the key instead of competitiveness. Kids are taught how to express their feelings and needs. Also trying find the peaceful solution by themselves. Also if someone is not following the rules the others show what should be respected. As a class teacher I try to support all kids and be there if they need me.
