Description of the situation: Bencason Argwengs Ouma was born on 26th July 2008. He lives at Rusinga Island in Nyangera village with both his parents. He is the last born in the family of 4 children. The father is the sole breadwinner. He does fishing on other peoples net to earn a living. The income they get is low 2,000 which is not enough to feed pay school fees and buy basic need for the family. He has 3 siblings: Dave Castro, John Okinyi and Brian Otieno. They live in a 2 roomed house belonging to the family. They use firewood for cooking, kerosene lamp for lighting and get their water from the lake. He has no known health complication. he likes palying football, swimming and drawing pictures. The boy graduated from elementary school and is now studying in high school.
