Ethical Code

Treat people the way you want to be treated.

1. General validity

1.1. We come out from basic human needs (desire for happiness and reason, overcoming pain and suffering, fulfilled life...) and values (justice, truth, love, humility, compassion, forgiveness, reconciliation, toleration, solidarity, freedom, responsibility, honesty …).

To respect these values represents normal way of living to us which needs permanent effort. Maintaining the highest standards of behaviour is a matter of our personal credit.

1.2. Today’s society is globally connected and interdependent so much that problems in one part of the world directly or indirectly affect people in other places.

We accept the responsibility for our deeds and their results from global view.

2. Fairness and honesty

2.1. We act fairly and honestly.

We believe that it’s right and effective from the long-time perspective.

2.2. We respect laws and valid regulations of the countries where we operate.

2.3. We do not in any way support or participate in activities that could be determined as corruptive.

3. Economy and finance

3.1. As we have the privilege of belonging to the rich minority within the frame of worldwide society, we consider sharing our wealth with those, whose living conditions and possibilities are – mainly for economic and social reasons – limited to be our responsibility.

We search for the ways how to cultivate and use intelligence and other mental abilities in the positive direction. We evolve knowledge which supports life and development.

6. Sharing

6.1. We are convinced that help and support of others is a very efficient way to achieve own happiness. Giving is more useful than taking.

6.2. We believe that sharing of own wealth – material, mental, psychic or spiritual – will not result in poverty of the donor. On the contrary, we have discovered that supporting people in need enriches our own life.

6.3. To share means to give mutually. „The donor“ and „the recipient“ gives and takes at the same time. This exchange may exist on material, psychic and spiritual level.

6.4. We do not stand for egocentric attitudes that lead to accumulation of possessions, exploitation and generation of dependant and inferior relations.

We do not use other people for personal profit. We try to be beneficial to others.
