Description of the situation:
Samuel is the second born in the family of three children.The first born Daniel Odero while the last born is Philister Odero (their age in 2017 is 13,6). The father is very old and sickling while the mother is mentally sick and sometimes she leaves home to unknown place. The family gets their daily bread from the hands of well-wishers and the neighbors. They live in a two roomed mud house which is very old and almost falling down. They get water from the lake, uses firewood for cooking and Kerosene lamp for lighting. The family living condition is very bad. Samuel is healthy at the moment.
Due to the very difficult family situation the child was placed in the orphanage "Island of Hope" on the Rusinga Island, where this child should find new home and start going to school. (Adoption of this child is increased by the amount of 16.800 CZK/660 EUR per year to cover the cost of the study, accommodation, food and governess in the orphanage.)
