Description of the situation:
Siprine is the second born in the family of three children, the father does fishing while the mother is a house wife. The income the father gets is very little to feed and provide other basic needs in life to the children (2,300 KES per moth). The family of six people lives in their own mud house which has three rooms. They take the water form the lake. Spirine is a healthy girl.
