Description of the situation:
Wendy was born in 2014 and she is from the family of four children. She has sisters Elizabeth (2009), Mary (2016) and brother Reagan (2006). Her mother is housewife and father is peasant farmer. Family income is only around 3.500 KES/ 35 EUR per month. Family live in a two – room mud house which belongs to them. They use firewood for cooking, paraffin lamp for lighting and they get water from the borehole. Wendy is healthy. She likes playing and singing. In 2021 she attends class 2 in primary school. Due to the little income that family is earning, it is hard to meet basic family needs and paying school fees for children has become a big problem. That is why we decided to put her into our programme that she could get the opportunity to go regularly to the school. Wendy needs support of 2.400 CZK/100 EUR per school term.
