Description of the situation:
Avrilian is the second last born in the family of two children, at present the parents separated and the mother went away with the children. The mother is now working as a bar attendant where she goes through a lot of difficulties and the much she is being paid is little to provide for the basic needs in life to the children (3000 ksh per month – about 30 Eur). Family lives in a rental mud house with one room. They cook on wood or charcoal, use water from the lake and for lighting they use kerosene lamp. Avrilian is doing well at the moment except for the occasional malaria. She likes swimming and singing. In 2021 she is attending kindergarten. Adoption of this child costs 7.200 CZK/ 300 EUR per year.
