Changes in the contract
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. About any changes of data (names, addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) inform the project coordinator as soon as possible. This will prevent misunderstandings in sending regular feedback in the form of a letters with report, invitations and current information about the project.
Withdrawal from the contract
If the "adoptive parent" decides to withdraw from the contract, we always try to find a new one as fast as possible. That is why it is important for us to be informed of such a decision at least 4 months before the date of your last payment. Thank you for your understanding.
If the "adoptive parent" does not pay the amount for the next period and we repeatedly fail to contact him/her, the contract will be terminated by us and we will start looking for a new supporter.
