I am in charge of the youngest one (3 and 4 years old). We use Montessori method. The point is teach by playing. Mainly basics of personal hygiene and ability to put the clothes on. eat etc. Children play in small groups on the playground and socializing with other kids. When any conflict come they learn how to solve it without violence. They learn how to express their feelings and the body language. We try to build excitement and curiosity from the learning.
