At first grade children sits in the small groups around round tables. We do not use marks, only verbal ratings. Kids do not compare themself with the others but they see their own improvements. The environment here is non-violent, and respectable, full of happiness from learning. Often we study outside. Playing different games and practising theory and improving skills. We singing and dance a lot as well as doing lots of different workshops. Our classroom is full of pictures, handmade products made by children.
