At first grade children sits in the small groups around round tables. The environment here is non-violent, and respectable, full of happiness from learning. The classes are often held outside, where we practise theory of different subjects and improving skills. All subjects are taught here. Kids enjoy also computer classes, playing outside, and getting to know the surrounding around during the walks. Singing, dancing. By end of the year there are exams which tests all subjects and ability to pass throughout the next level. The importance is on non-verbal ratings and non-comparison with others but with their results and focus on improvements. The teacher has to ask right questions and help the children to find the answers.
