Children at fourth grade sits at the school desks. The learning is getting harder and more serious. Kids have to grasp much more knowledge. There is still high importance on the non-violent, and respectable environment ,full of happiness from learning. W still practising outside but also using TV and video projector, library and computer class room. The teachers are changing for different subjects, which teach kids of the different way of teaching. Children can move around by themself. There are usually no conflicts between them and if so. They are able to solve them without violence. We are convinced that co-working is the key instead of competitiveness. Kids are taught how to express their feelings and needs. Also trying find the peaceful solution by themselves. Also if someone is not following the rules the others show what should be respected. As a class teacher I try to support all kids and be there if they need me.
