I look after smooth running of a high school, including administrative side as well as working with team of teachers. I sort out any problems and issues related to running of the project of Island of Hope. I represent a school in meetings with local authority of ministry of Education and regular meetings with headmasters with neighbourhood schools. I also teach some of the subject and proved inspection at classes of my colleagues.
