Description of the situation: The family stays in a family mud house that is 4 roomed, Both parents depend on farming, The child has 5 siblings who are all in school, The family earrn an average monthly net income of 10,000, There are 6 dependants in the family,the family uses firewood and paraffin in cooking,in lighting the family uses paraffin,battery touch and solar in lighting,and they get their water from the river that is 2km away,the childs health is good.The family grows different kinds of cash crops and vegetables at a one acre plot, little rains have affected their farm produce and have now been forced to practice river irrigation which is very costy. Faith finished her primary school in 2019 and since 2020 she is studying high school. Her adoption costs 5.600 CZK/ 220 EUR per school term, as expenses on high school are higher than in primary school.

The project of remote support „Adoptions of African children“ mediates an access to education for poor Kenyan children without pulling them out of their natural environment and community. This project has been running since 2002 and has helped more than 3500 children. School fees at primary school are CZK 7200 (€300) / year, and at secondary school, college and orphanage are CZK 16800 (€660). The payment can also be broken down into multiple instalments.
